หลักการและเหตุ

เพื่อให้ผู้ขับรถสามารถนำความรู้และทักษะที่ได้ไปปรับใช้ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างปลอดภัย ไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของตนเอง ผู้ประกอบการขนส่ง และสังคมโดยรวม รวมถึงปลุกจิตสำนึกในการขับรถอย่างปลอดภัย เพื่อไม่ก่อให้เกิดอันตรายต่อตนเองและผู้ร่วมทาง

 

สิ่งที่จะได้รับจากการเรียนรู้

 

1. ทักษะในการขับรถอย่างปลอดภัยด้วยวิธีการบรรยาย อภิปราย และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างวิทยากรและผู้เข้าอบรม

Current Position: Senior Supervisor Inbound (Receiving & Goods Return)

Work Assign

1.    Work with other function to provide routes that lower dead headed rates.

2.    Keep track of the operation progressed under policies and missions of the company

3.    Establish & Standardize process and receiving Quality Controls.

4.    Coordinate the execution of service contracts with the clients

5.    Represent superior attending meetings or hustling assigned jobs

Work Assign

1.    Ensure accuracy of system inventory balances against actual physical count. Classify items that are fast, slow and non-moving.

2.    Evaluate Finish goods requisition to determine production consumption based on Production Schedule and determine safety stock levels.

3.    Coordinate with Purchasing Section on matters pertaining to ordering and delivery schedule.

4.    Manage ordering, stocking, receiving and issuance of parts and materials.

5.    Provide Production and Plant Operations with accurate and timely supply of parts and materials.

6.    Safeguard the warehouse against losses due to mishandling, fraud, theft or pilferage.

7.    Conduct periodic inventory count for all parts and materials.

8.    Evaluate and monitor performance of members on a periodic basis.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE III Period: June 2010 – September 2012

Company: Food Packaging (Thailand) Public Company Limited.                          

Current Position: Dispatch and Warehouse Foreman.                                              

Work Assign

1.  Managing warehouse to ensure that movement and transition of goods are done according to work instructions.

2.  Driving the warehouse operations team to correct and prevent any issues in warehouse process, ISO compliance GMP, HCCP and 5S & safety.    

3.  Taking a lead in team meetings to ensure that warehouse operations are controlled maintained and developed correctly according to operation and improvement plans.

4.  Making key decisions to maintain a customer-orientated operation.                 

5.    Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders.                 

6.    Supervising daily transport activities and outsourcing the transportation fleet to meet delivery schedules as required by customers and keeping costs within company budget guidelines.
